At coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops, guests are freely given the password to connect to WiFi. This kind of access allows anyone to publicly navigate the network. Consequently, an intrusive guest now has access to point-of-sale printers, systems, credit card machines and back-office systems. Additionally, clients can"see" additional guest apparatus that are on the network. For obvious reasons, this can be bad.
